Not used to be so nice and very French ambience, now it looks so old and was not being taken care. A bit scary at night. Few lighted post, its dark in some part.

It is bit run down buildings. The rooms are big and the rent is very reasonable. I rented a corner suite room with 2 bathrooms. It is worth the money. The ambience is very France ????

Drains are weird and open, good luck unblocking them.

Unfinished buildings.

Architecture is nice.

People are nice.

Handy 12-15 walk to the Robinson's mall.

Has a 7-11 which is convenient.

Close to a Thai School (intermediate or High School I think).

Careful about the contract. They require 1 months notice before ending the contract. even if it was stated 6 months or one year. Though this seems to be common for Thailand apparently.

Relaxing atmosphere and environment, similar feels like a gated community, but not gated.

Retail shops don't seem to do very well as there is not much need or interest for traffic to pass through, therefore many shops are closed or not inhibited. Maybe a good place for small manufacturers to sell online with a shop front if customers wished to visit, though shop rental might be a little high, it's always better to own your own property.

Never found it hard to find a carpark.

Maybe they should have, giant roadside sign boards on the two main roads, with available spots to let businesses advertise their shops inside the condo area. That might help to bring businesses to the buildings...

I own a condo in 7 floor here.It is
silent and i have a balcony facing Robinson.I have owned a condo here before Robinson was build.The problem is that management change all the time.Also you can only have 1 internet supplier. But i love my condo.For me it is home.
Parking in garage.Before fitness center was really nice.It was a lot of shops before in here.And i see now that you will find all you need around here.New small center backside.Subway near by.Mc Donald near.Really you not need a car if you are in here.You can walk to everything you need in here.

Affordable condominium, variety of rooms. Buildings are some what old and outdated. Gym is NOT included and swimming pool too. Close to many restaurants, Robertson supermarket, fuel station,schools and markets, very good and convenient location.
