Limited off-road car and motorcycle parking, together with several coin operated washing machines are available for guest use. Room cleaning services are also available at extra cost for long term renters. Water and electricity are metered and charged by usage.
Wi fi and cable tv are included in the rental. The furnishings are good quality and the room sizes are larger than average. The surrounding area is quiet, peaceful and very pleasant. The owners are extremely helpful in solving any problems that may arise or for giving advice and directions.
Overall it's a good place to stay whilst exploring Udon Thani.

Very nice apartments, quiet secure and friendly staff. Great covered parking for my car. Close to Central Plaza, Nong Bua lake and UD Town

Good size room with small kitchen 10 minutes walk to restaurants and bars 600 baht per night 4500per month 5500 for bigger room.
