I stayed at this place a few nights in the past. Unfortunately, the owner has zero talent managing this place, the complains are all due to the lack of her management skills. I had problems each time I stayed there. Absolutely stay away from this place. She gives an ugly large room upstairs, not the same with pictures.

Reservation via Agoda Post it in the standard room, complete payment. When really arrived, claiming that the room is full, but there are less than 10 cars parked as we observed both the evening we checked in and the morning of the other day which is unlikely to be full. The host said that sms Reservations do not alert, is it our fault? But let the housekeeper go to arrange the room at the big old wooden house for us before we come again. Say not to see sms but like knowing that we will not come smooth at all, as if the apartment was available but didn't let us to stay. Let us go to stay in a big wooden house next to the storage room, which we only come for 2 people. The house is quite old and haunted and then painted again. It seems like the owner of the old dormitory. There are 2 bedrooms. Lay the mattress in the room where the floor of the board seems to decay and will break the door of the old room. The good thing is the strong wifi, cool air, but if anyone hit me the same way and just go to stay in a big wooden house, only 1-2 people, do not recommend at all.

Nice place in a quiet area (apart from the school next door). It's good value for money. The lady at reception doesn't seem to speak any English but checkin went smoothly. There's lots of space. The wifi didn't cover thw hole of the room. There's a large fridge, a kettle, a fan in the main room and aircon in the bedroom. You can't adjust the aircon, you can just turn it off/on via the power switch on the wall. The shower was good. There's a wooden table with 4 chairs in the kitchen/main room. I couldn't hear the school from my room but you can hear it from reception. The train station bus station and the nearest 7/11 were just over 10 minutes walk away. It's about 5 minutes walk from 'Soi Farang'.

The apartment is large... But poorly furnished. Also dirty. Walk about a half mile to shopping. Internet quite unreliable. Could be a decent place but the landlord is never there, unresponsive, self-centered, and dishonest, in my experience. Not recommended.

booked suite. very large room for the price. two king beds with air con. good budget place. manager was very nice but can only speak thai

Terrible experience. The room was nice but the water repeatedly cut off and staff were either unavailable or barely helpful. Don't go here.

The room we had was big, it has a kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom, and a private bathroom. There is a microwave oven, a fridge and the living room by the way has aircon
