Friday night drinks with mates and friendly staff, just fabulous at Vikings Corner Bar on Soi Sampan in downtown Udon Thani.

Good view from the corner table, tried to count the wire's. But failed after some beers. Anyhow was able to calculate the numbers of rats. ONE rat.

Vikings Corner Bar is not only one of the smallest bars on the nightlife strip, it’s also one of the most popular. A good atmosphere exists throughout the day. It’s comfortable and the busy corner and close by 7/11 make it a great place for people watching and observing the unusual traffic flow.
Happy hour and otherwise pricing is competitive and reasonable. The staff are helpful. The billing is computer generated to minimise mistakes.
Well worth a visit when in the area.

Good friendly staff, not expensive, have happy hour between 5pm to 7pm.
Only downside is the location on the corner opposite the 7/11. Can be very noisy due to cars and bikes......
