UD Car Rental provided good professional service. They were ready at the airport when we arrived and arrived just shortly after I called them to return the vehicle. I am very pleased with the service. Mr. Nui has very good English which makes communication easy if you don’t speak Thai fluently.

For anyone choosing to use UD Car I recommend connecting with them on the Line app. They respond in a timely manner through the app and sent photos with clear instructions about where to meet them.

It should be noted that their website was not up to date with the information about which vehicles were actually available. I originally chose a double cab pick-up through the site to find out later it was not available. Communicating through Line or a phone call can ensure that you get the vehicle you need.

If in Udon Thani and think about car rental? Don’t hesitate, this company provided maximum service for us, very friendly and accurate, pickup and return at the airport was no problem. Also reasonably priced, good, new car and very clean. So far one of the best car-rental-experience I had in Thailand over many years ????????????????????????????????

Perfect experience from start to finish. The staff was so friendly and the whole process went by smoothly. The car was as described and presented in very clean condition. I have used most of the other rental companies in Udon and UD was by far the best in terms of choice of vehicle and service provided.

My extended family of 5 rented an Isuzu DMax from UD Car Rent for 10 days in September 2022. When the car was delivered to our hotel the petrol tank was full and the car was in great condition. We did a lot of kilometres over the 10 day period and the car performed perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending UD Car Rent, Mr. Nui and his team and will be sure to use their services on our next holiday.
