This hotel is not at all what it is stated as being. The shower is terrible. When you wake up in the morning the only coffee they offer is a pot of hot water with jar full of instant coffee and a spoon. The pool is tiny. There is no exercise room. It is in the middle of nowhere with nothing around it. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything in neighboring rooms. We found it to be far to expensive for what in fact is provided. Comparatively there are much better deals available for the same or less money. It does offer proximity to the airport but the downtown area itself is only 10 minutes from the airport and being 5 minutes closer is just not worth the sacrifice of amenities and service not to mention the expense. The other thing that we found to be upsetting is that they offer no refund at all if you choose to check out early and leave. They just keep your money. which is what they did to us.

Inexpensive, clean rooms near airport. Good breakfast buffet with Thai food, bread and some cereal. Room had a small fridge but no water kettle ot coffee cups. Internet is good. Seven floors with rooftop pool (8th floor).

Very comfortable beds and pillows! Good location close to the airport with free shuttle! Breakfast was fresh but could have used fresh coffee rather than Nescafé.

Good hotel very near the airport. Complete with swimming pool and restaurant. Clever to stay there before you have to get on a flight. They do check out extension and bring you to the airport at any time you want.

I'm in love with this hotel. Beautiful and clean. Delicious breakfast. A wonderful rooftop you can swim and watch the airplane because it's very near the airport.

When we arrived at the Haus Hotel in Udonthani, Thailand on Saturday 26 January 2019, we were met by an abnoxious ladyboy receptionist who was miserable, unhelpful and rude during the whole time of our stay.

Good grief! why is he still working at the hotel? His bad attitude had ruined our holiday and put us right off for good!

The attitudes of the staff at the Haus hotel were equally unwelcoming, unfriendly and dismal.

For crying out loud! the car park had no shades at all. The surface of dashboard of our car reached 400 degrees fahrenheit during the heat of the day. We could fry an egg and cook streaks of bacon on the dashboard.

For these reasons, we will definitely not recommend this hotel to our friends, family and relatives.

Nice hotel..
Just open at august 2017 but cannot sleep because to many dog barking in outside...
But for interior design is very nice.. and good quality bed....
All about this hotel make me happy only can't sleep on night because dog barking
