My superior room and every other room in this hotel has about 2-3 cm opening between the frame of balcony door and the wall. This ugly building flaw exposes interior to hot weather outside, my air con was not able to make the room cold, i felt hot air was blowing inside from this huge opening. Superior room has water kettle but no tea or coffee ! They don't serve coffee or tea at the lobby as well, unusual for a hotel. Superior room was barely average, don't expect much from this place.

I stayed my first 2 nights here in Udon. There are plenty of better hotels to stay at in better areas near Central Plaza. The room was ok and Bed comfy. But alittle dated. Wifi not perfect. Staff were friendly though at least. Aircon and Belcony was ok too. And at least they let us check in early to a room.

If you can keep her away from this hotel because agoda rates it 8.3 which is a joke I wouldn't write it more than four and that's being nice the laminated floor is old loose in one section of the room that's our nearly tripped and fell 1 sliding door to the balcony is missing so there is a big gap where mosquitoes and all sorts of insects can come through to me I have been scammed and misinformed about the hotel I am very angry about the whole situation I would like to say is do not book this hotel or use agoda to do your booking for you it's an absolute rip off I'm totally wrong information

everyday housekeeping, fair deal, good location. A verge restaurant nearby.

It wasn't as we expected, the lodging building is next to the check in building and doesn't look anywhere as new or clean as that one. The rooms are old and are fine for someone on a low budget. I would've paid more for another place if I had known beforehand. If you can afford elsewhere, take it.

Location wise, there is a good cafe next door open from 7am. The best restaurant is opposite also, Maeya.

We asked if the connection was good when booking our stay at the front desk and we were told it was. I needed it for online teaching, whilst my son needed it for online learning. It was unusable. We were in the 5th floor and that had 1 signal strength with no connectivity at all. We had to share from our phones and drain our batteries.

If internet is crucial, this is no good.
This place needs a revamp to a similar standard as their check in area.

An improvement of wifi in the room would make this a perfect place to stay at. The breakfast left much to be desired. I think the ***agement do a great job. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean. The hotel is located quite far from pretty much anything. Prompt airport shuttle provided free a bonus.

Large, clean rooms at a good price. Room had a water kettle for coffee and cups but you had to supply your own beverage. We had a small fridge. Even two chairs! And a small dining table. Downside was that we could not connect to the internet during the evening (it wa good in the morning). Several restaurants nearby for evening dining from inexpensive to moderately priced. We dined at Little Osaka in the evening and Dose Espresso in the morning-both are right out the front door.

Some other good points: The bed was comfortable and the shower did not drain across the bathroom.
