This restaurant locates in the city. There is no car park available but you can park along the street. We were waiting for staff to take an order for around 15 mins and waiting for our meal for roughly almost an hour. At first, we were pretty upset because it took more than an hour from entering the restaurant until we got the first dish. But once all dishes have been served, they were incredibly delicious. In the end, we forgive them because food is superb, the staffs are nice and friendly, and the place is clean. We visited during the holiday so I believed that is a reason why they were busy and took sometimes to serve food. Good job guys :)

After you eat here, it leaves no doubt that this place will be here another 40 years. Service and food were both very good. We had shrimp with asparagus, assorted seafood ingredients curry coconut, crab croquettes and clear soup with minced pork and seaweed. As other reviews have stated...Maeya is a must visit restaurant in Udon Thani.

I first ate here about 15 years ago when it was one of the few places in town that had Western food in an air-conditioned setting. So this is an oldie, but I'm not sure it's a goodie.

I respect it because it's a local institution, but there are so many other eateries now that serve much better quality food. Still worth a visit, though. Make sure to order a dessert.

Great food selection and classic store layout. One of the most well known restaurant in the city and well deserved. Being a vegetarian the offer variety is vast.. Andy most importantly yummy!
