Spent a week here- it's good. As expected for the relatively low price. Location is favorable, rooms are a little dated but clean and large. Bonus that they provide a full kitchen- the food was good. A good, but not great, central budget stay. Has a wet-bath- you know where the shower sprays everywhere. Front desk people speak zero English. No deposit required- that's unusual.

Large, immaculately clean rooms. Lift to all 5 floors. Charming owner and delightful staff. Very effective aircon which, like most, can easily be adjusted so it does not blow on the bed!! Free on-site parking. Central location 2 blocks north of park. Breakfast in great variety available at a very modest cost.
And all great value for money. What more can you want in budget accommodation?

( I am a solo traveler , 28-29 Nov 2020, 1 night)
Pro
- Near temples( I want to visit ), Gas station, motorcycle renting shop, airport.
- Nice and clean room
- big bathroom
- No deposit
- staff in the evening shift is friendly and helpful

Con
- UNFRIENDLY staff in the morning shift,
I arrived around 10.30 but the room I booked was not available, She offered another room had not cleaned yet . She told me wait a moment but could not say how long. I asked her was it long for waiting the room (coz I want to place my stuffs before traveling a destination far from here) she replied back ‘ Yes it is’ — No good offer or the better choice
(I was not impressed at first)
- UNHELPFUL from staff in the morning shift
(I was in motorcycle accident , far from the hotel)
I called the hotel for asking a nearest hospital I could get a help as fast as possible but she said she DID NOT know . She DID NOT react what happened or what I needed help from her even at that time my leg and my foot were blooding. It was really bad memory.

- The mirror is the right side of the double bed . It is scary

Budget accommodation. Good if the pros outweigh the cons.
Pros:
1) Location
2) Price
3) Clean
4) Balcony
5) Newish
Cons
1) Very firm bed (too firm for me)
2) Shower has no separation from rest of bathroom with little slope toward drain. So floor stays wet around toilet for hours after showering.
If you can sleep on a very firm bed it's worth trying.

Not a luxurious hotel by any means, but I knew that before booking as stayed here a couple of years ago. The fact I came back says something. I'm staying just the one night and its only a clean bed I'm looking for. The hotel is convenient for the old part of town and government offices, places to eat etc. Friendly reception staff, clean linen, in a tried room, but for under £20 per night and location; on this occasion it suits me. Its a place to stay that's not pretending to be something its not.

Great Hotel in Ubon near Airport and city yet still quiet . Nicely presented, clean, tidy and neat. Reasonably mordern bathroom with good shower and good beds. Price is very reasonable and has car parking with hotel grounds too!
