Excellent food and not expensive at all. Everything was delicious, but for me the grilled chicken (gai yang) was the best.

Really nice staff and the food was super tasty. The menu is in Thai only but we knew about their signature dishes: Som Tum (papaya salad) and Gai Yang (bbq chicken) and the table next to us was eating Chinese style noodles with egg which we got as well. With 1 sticky rice, 1 beer and 1 bag of fried banana chips everything came to 345 baht - which is pretty reasonable! The papaya salad is fire even if you ask for “nit noi” (a little) spicy so beware if you’re not keen on spicy foods. Isaan food in general is extra hot :)
The restaurant also sells packaged foods to go and their delicious homemade sauces. Great place, very spacious and I’d definitely return! We had no trouble finding a table or being served at 2pm because it wasn’t busy but I can imagine this place can be packed around dinnertime.

You can try. Have to visit when you come to Ubon.

Best somtum thai I've eaten. Larb moo and sausages also very good. Wife had some sort of fish wrapped in banana leaves, said it was very good. Recommended

I recomend this restaurant for the authentic isaan kitchen. I chose this restaurant because Mark Wiens was here and we were not disappointed.

Food was nice overall but there was too many ants(37, I counted) in the sticky rice that we ordered... All four rice dish had A LOT of ants and tbh it's not all that good. The other food was nice but I wouldn't go here again????????????????

Great Isan food. Roasted chicken is one of the best I've had. Extensive menu of Northeastern items. Very fresh ingredients. Great service too. Didn't think that there was good Isan in Ubon but this really proves me wrong.
