The hotel looks good. Clean rooms, good location, easy to travel anywhere. Inexpensive rooms.

Water from the showers leaks into the bathroom. There is no free breakfast as they advertise. If you lose your plastic room card key, they will charge between 300-500 baht.

For the same price, you can stay at v hotel right beside it with a pretty good free breakfast. I won't stay here again

Large, clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Great staff who were always helpful and spoke good English. Good location. Could do with more rods or hooks for hanging clothes. Could also provide a water refill station rather than providing 2 plastic bottles of water per day for the room.

Nice, safe, clean and decent hotel at very good price. However the room is not sound proof. Very difficult to sleep due to nearby sounds.

Stayed a few nights in one of the studio rooms and it was pretty decent! Nice bathroom with seperate shower cubicle and the room is dark in the morning (one of my pet hates is bright light pouring in).
Cheap food in the outdoor restaurant in the adjacent carpark.
Not really close to anything else in town, but when Grab costs $2 to go somewhere, who cares?

Feel so relieved to be here after a long road trip. Certainly the best value in Ubon Ratchathani ! Just don’t bother to search for other places really. The facilities are new and clean. So nice have the most adorable lady owner welcomed us. Would love to return again in the future :)

New spacious hotel and provide free parking.
Bathroom have strong water and quiet at night.

Enjoy my one night stay here.
Rooms do not have an extra balcony.
