Lovely beaches not far from Bangkok. More relaxed and no people on the beach want you to buy their stuff. It is easy to take boats out to Kho Samet. Not far away from Ban Phe.

This beach used to be a great place to go but now it's just garbage every where...so sad I can't post pictures of all the trash....don't recommend walking this beach without shoes.
Mostly, the garbage is washed ashore from the gulf and probably most of that garbage comes from Samet Island....There are volunteers that help to pick up trash but they can only do so much.

Beach village in 5 km distance east of Ban Phe. There are many beach restaurants, resorts and a 7/11. Very quiet place, even on weekends

good place to spend a few weekdays. Great views, inexpensive massages on the beach, u0026 vendors tempting you with platefuls of Very fresh seafood. This is a working-class Thai destination u0026 somewhat unknown to Westerners
