Rooms are clean and nice, Location is on the beach, great location. I forgot my phone and the COO himself brought my phone to another location which was 100km. Such Loyal and wonderful people and service

We chose this hotel as it is located across the beach . The resort grounds are beautiful u0026 well landscaped , and the reception office entrance is located where the restaurant is . We chose the deluxe room , an upgrade from the standard . The rooms are single storey structures located away from the reception area . The room has its private entrance with a patio , a swing to sit on . The room was very hot and unbearable when we arrived as it was mid afternoon. The undersized Air con was inadequate to cool the room . The aircon finally got the room temp down after a couple of hours or more and on our return late that evening it was comfortable. The room was clean although the small square pillow had a disgusting stain . The bed was great , had clean sheets and the comforter was very nice warm and comfortable . The washroom is in two sections , as you enter there is a sink and western toilet on either side and the stand up shower is in the back which is nice and with a window , a popular thai design . The washroom area was very hot and the floor was dirty with hair on the floor , cleaners overlooked : The shower drain wasnt draining while taking a shower . The hotel provided breakfast which was adequate with bread eggs and thai items as well . Great location , friendly staff

Good service., good pool and breakfast, the beach is in front of resort that can cross the road.

Extra clean room, good bed, clean pool, and across from the beach. I would certainly recommend this hotel

Awesome hotel. Rooms are well maintained. Staff were helpful and parking is very simple there. Beach just across the road with plenty of places to eat and drink.
Stayed at the hotel 4 times now. Wouldn’t book elsewhere. 5 STARS

Friendly environment. Food is good. No complaint. The problem is about the beach. It's full with plastic and dirty. It's not related to resort so I recommended anyone to visit here.

Would not recommend this place. Housekeeping is terribly horrible. I went outside for almost whole day and returned to the hotel around 6pm to find out the room was not tidy up. The land line phone was also not working. I had to use my mobile phone to call reception to ask for the room clean up for like 3 times and no one really shown up. Breakfast also needed improvement. Hotel service operations seemed below standard.
