If you are traveling in the area, or in your way to Trat, going to Koh Chang, and need to make a stop overnight, this place is recommended.
Spotless clean room. Modern, new bathroom.

Very friendly host, also meticulous check in procedure :)

Positive: This was an overnight stay en route to Koh Samed. The property was easy to find and close to shops and restaurants. It was just under a kilometre to the ferry port and seafront shops. The room was spacious with everything I needed. What struck me was that everything was spotlessly clean and all the furniture, décor and tiling and fixtures in the bathroom were really good quality. There was a very spacious seating area and kitchenette outside that was ideal for relaxing. The air-con worked perfectly and there were fans outside in the seating area. The area was away from the main road so quite quiet. The host was very helpful and explained everything on arrival.. Negative: Can't fault it..

Positive: room is nice good size. Negative: check inn takes 20 minutes because the guy dont speak english or thai check out takes 15 minutes the owner locks the gate i tlook like a prisom dining area very dirty a lot of dog hair.

Positive: Quality and cleanliness that you'd normally find at the Hilton or the Marriott, at a fraction of the cost. Friendly and very professional owner.. Negative: Check-out time could be a bit later. 11:00 or 12:00 is more common..
