Positive: A good place to stay for a really good price! Mike and Pae were good hosts. Place is very close to ferries for Koh Samet.. Negative: Maybe that there is smoking allowed in the lobby. It transfers to the rooms..

Positive: Owners are nice and trustworthy. Rooms are clean and bed comfy. They picked us up from the airport for 2500 bahts.. Negative: No complains..

Clean rooms, fair price, owners are really nice and helpful. Walking to the bus terminal / pier takes 5mn.
