Stayed here for two weeks. Rented the Room by heaven property and it was great, room was also very good, had nice view, quite large, clean, too. Would be happy to stay there again.

Great location in the middle of the island, within minutes walking to almost everything mall, market, hospital, gym,...., highly recommended, 5 stars.

Great location,room is nice and comfortable. However sevice for any office matter is really bad. No management at all. For the first building there is nobody at the fornt desk so no chance for getting your mail or parcel also parking is limited you have to park on main road if you are coming home late. For the price is not worth it.

The security is a joke - people climb over the wall to use the pool and administration would not do anything.
We stayed there for a month and the things we asked to fix in our room were not fixed.

amazing condo,booked it through airbnb with a really good price for apartment+pool+gym in high season.looking inside like hotel room plus some space with tv and sofa,where u can have some food/relax and also in our room we were able to cook,that was also nice.in case if u cant cook there's small cafe/bar downstairs with thai food or (and its amazing option) u can go opposite side to big mall with huge food court on upper floor,prices there cant be more perfect) also i cant but mention that pool near condo is super (and we also had super view on that pool). so i defenetely reccomend this place

Good location but small units with low ceilings. Staff is friendly, area is clean and cozy.

We stayed at tower 3 for 3 weeks and was really disappointed the room didn't got clean in the all time we stayed there and we booked another hotel in Pantong which was cleaned every day. I asked at the reception and they asked me 500 baht if we wanted them to clean it. We also had our breakfast included with the room and everyday we had to wait for the reception to open to get a breakfast ticket instead of giving us a card for all our stay. And most of the time the receptionist was late. No much to do near by other than getting a taxi really poor location. We had to buy our own toilet paper for the all time we stayed there and had to spend my money and time to wash our towels and bed cheats. I do not recommend staying in this hotel at all. The only thing was great were the ladies working in the kitchen. Although breakfast is like lunch and dinner. Plus would be nice to have someone at the reception who could at least speak a bit of English as Thai is really hard to speak.
