Very well maintained with a regularly cleaned pool and small gym. Weights, running and step machines available. Reception areas are comfortable and air-conditioned. Great for long or short stay.

Great place! Very cozy and nice. We’ve been living there for 6 months! Good location for living if you want to get into any location in Phuket soon! Good quality of materials, always clean pool and garden.

I`d like to describe our experience in this condominium, and show all advantages and disadvantages from our side ???? Hope it will be helpful for somebody ????
????LOCATION: central part of Phuket. Close to the biggest mall in Phuket (few km) and big supermarkets (even by foot). But far from the beaches.
????u200d???? PROPERTY CONSULTANT: good communication skills and English. He guided us very professionally in the very beginning and through our further staying.
????APARTMENTS: small, but pretty nice and cosy. We rented 1-bedroom flat, it`s 34 square meters, but to be honest, it feels less. Good enough for a couple. But maybe too small for family with kids and if you have a lot of stuff, so it would be better to rent 2-bedroom apartment.
???? KITCHENETTE equipped with basic culinary utensils and appliances, microwave, fridge, small electric stove, toaster (useless for us). We were in great necessity of any elementery coffee maker here instead of toaster.
???? LIVING ROOM and hallway in one. Here is a sofa (could be used as full bed), air condition, TV.
???? BEDROOM: good hard mattress, wardrobe, linens (2 sets), 4 towels and 6 pillows, TV, air condition.
???? BATHROOM: a shower with electric water heater, good ventilation in it.
⛱ BALCONY: with washing machine (it`s a great advantage!), hanger and some place for smoking or drinking coffee.
????We had mountain VIEW called «Monkeys hill» ???? (by the way, nice place to visit ????). So it was quite in the morning and noon, but sometimes it was loud live music on the night market nearby till night.
???? ????Guarded bikes and cars PARKING only for condo residents (you need to put special sticker on your bike or car to avoid a fine). Sometimes it`s not enough places for cars.
????u200d✈️ CCTV, access to condo only for residents, no strangers. Security guards and other staff are friendly.
????2 elegant LOBBIES has enough space for relax or work, but air conditioning could be switched off and it becomes hot.
????Nice GREEN ZONES with lawn, trees and palms. Сleanliness maintained everywhere. Comfortable shared spaces outdoor and smoking area.
????u200d♀️ SWIMMING POOL is clean, around 20-ish meters long. There is also small pool for kids. Available from 7 a.m. till 10 p.m. Depends on the time of a day it could be crowdy or nobody there. But annoying insects are 24/7 here ????
????️u200d♀️ GYM is too small, but better than nothing. 7 trainers for cardio, 2 benches and dumbbells (pairs from 2,5 kg till 25 kg). No barbell ????, so if you are training with free weights, you will have to exercise your imagination with only dumbbells ???? Available from 7 a.m. till 10 p.m. Enough place for stretching or yoga nearby gym????u200d♀️

To sum up briefly, nice place and good value for money. Recommended if you are going to stay for 1 month and more. To avoid any conflicts just follow the rules of using sharing areas, be polite and enjoy! ????

Great Location on Bypass road, convenient travel to other parts of Phuket Island. Nearby is Tesco Lotus EXtra and local markets.

It was a great stay, the apartment was great. Big enough for two people. The apartment was kept well. Phuket now offer Grab Bike(Motorcycle), This option is much cheaper than local motorcycle and the driver is much more friendly. Love the swimming pool as well.
