Been living here for a few months, and enjoy it. The grounds are cleaned well daily, the security staff is friendly and helpful, the management office is kind and helpful.

The two pools are large and very nice (also cleaned daily). We use the gym 5 X a week , and love it.

The apartments are nice, well laid out, and great for 2 people. Good parking lot fits cars and scooters.

The location is fantastic. It's less than a 3 minute walk to central mall which has a full grocery store, restaurants, cell phone providers etc. Everything you could need.

Big C and Makro are about a 15 minute walk (5 minute scooter ride), and there are plenty of restaurants along the way too. There's a weekend market about 20 minutes by foot as well.

Great condo for long term rental. Reasonable to rent only with bike or car. It is 3 mins walk to Floresta.
One cons is a small gym room and some training apparatus are off

New condo(Year 2016) within 10min walk to Central Festival Phuket.
Facilities are quite good. Mini gym with 2 treadmill, weight machines and free weights. 2 pools, 1 wading pool and a 30m pool.
There's a major construction ongoing in front of the condo. Think its some huge shopping mall expected to be completed in 2017. Hence can hear construction noise during the day.

This is one of the worst places I've stayed at in Asia in the 7 years I've lived here.

1. There is a pack of wild dogs that roam around the exterior walls of property and bark incessantly most nights of the week. You'll see them if you go for a walk in the area. 7-10 dogs together. Even with the bedroom door closed they can still be heard.

2. Phone signal is woeful here. On all providers. Others have mentioned this in previous reviews. Video streaming will be intermittent.

3. There is a 1000 thb cleaning fee upon check out. This was not mentioned when I moved in. The condos are quite small.

4. Some of the parking attendants that work at the nearby Central Festival blow their whistles loudly and needlessly between 6-10 pm daily.

5. Central Festival plays the same 5-6 songs on repeat every day between 3-10PM. It's very repetitive. I felt sorry for people who work there and also for long term renters that work from home at the Base Downtown.

6. The only convenience store nearby is a tiny, barely stocked Family Mart. It is open 24 hours to be fair but there's hardly anything in it.

Most condos here short term are 12000 thb at least per month on a short term rental contract. It's really poor value for money. Management should make some kind of effort to tackle the dog issue at least.

Great appartment. Located right infront of new Central Florestta Mall. 5mins to the Naka night market and Chillva night market

Writing this feedback in case it could help in future someone to avoid this issues we faced.
When we where asking sales agent about internet - 'cause we mentioned that it is one of the MOST important things for us. They told that it may take up to 1-2 working days to provide it.
In fact we were waiting for god damn router more than 10 days! And after two days wait for technicals to install it.
It's ridiculous and a shame for any company to get those money for living and lying people!
About the facilities in the Condo - nothing special.
If you have car or motorbike - don't overpay for this condo better take on near the sea or in Kathu - the same quality, more space and price would be much lower.
Also Gym is not that great. And stuff hardly speaks english.
