Staff and location were great.
But even though the hotel was very cheap, I feel like they could’ve done just a little more effort to clean the room. There were hairs everywhere on the floor and the bathroom was quite dirty. Overall I didn’t the vibe there.

Hot water. Working A/C. Quiet room (except for inconsiderate Western tourists who slam doors). Helpful friendly staff (they don't speak English much because...surprise, surprise...this is Thailand). The staff were very courteous u0026 communicative with me. Could not say the same for the rude, self-obsessed Western tourists I would greet in the halls...without response! (they mustn't have been able to speak English!!!) Spacious room with hangers for clothes. Clean sheets u0026 towels. Balcony for drying clothes. Hot water provided for tea/coffee or instant noodles. Nothing was stolen from my room but fresh bottled water, soap u0026 toilet paper was delivered every day. If you don't want your room cleaned daily just tell the staff...simple! If you don't want things stolen from your bag ANYWHERE...LOCK IT! No lift but why would you want one if you are a fit backpacker taking on the world? Help provided with luggage if needed. I stayed here for nearly 2 weeks. Great location. More than happy with the facilities, staff u0026 the price. BooHoo re supposed theft...claim it on your travel insurance! Lost one buddha statue that should never have been purchased in the first place out of respect for Buddhists!

Do not stay here! Was the most expensive place we have stayed during our travels and although the room was clean, the wifi sucked and there was no fridge. To top it off my boyfriend had his Buddha statue, $70 and 4000 baht stolen out of his bag. When he confronted the hotel staff they weren’t bothered or the tiniest bit helpful. When he asked for a refund of the room (as we were obviously getting the hell out of there after only staying for 3 nights) and if the hotel would give him his money back they responded ‘Why should we give you your money back, we didn’t take it’ We also politely declined the offer of our room being cleaned everyday so the person who came into our room had no reason to be in there!!! Disrespectful and upsetting people can be so heartless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This hotel located at city centre with walking distance to Phuket old town . It was renovated days years ago, but some furniture looks like it has been there for years . It is a 3 story building so don't expect there is a lift. It provide free but limited parking space . Basic toiletries are provided, TV, air-cond, towel . There is a convenience store opposite and a vegetarian food stalk next to it .

Nice and clean. Good located. A REALLY nice bar (burn head) is directly next door. Supermarket and restaurant reachable in less then 2 minutes walk!

Room rate was great and cleanliness was fine, usual amenities with TV channels in different languages, WiFi works depending on the day. Staff does not speak English and are not helpful at all...

Avoid at all costs - $200 stolen from my bag in our locked room, the owner couldn't care less!

Also dirty with slow WiFi, lots of cheaper, better hotels available in Phuket - go here at your own risk!
