Clean and lovely staff. The swimming pool is really nice as well as the small restaurant next to it. Very good location in the center of phuket.

5 star service from Reception staff + Housekeeping. We stayed here 13 nights. Got daily cleaning service + water + coffee + towel refill. Spacious rooms. Motorbike rental for 200 THB per day. Reception will call the shop for you. Pool is very nice. If you stay at Patra Mansion you will get 10% discount for food and beverage at mellow yellow coffee shop.

Quiet place with a café and a swimming pool. I was offered 555 THB as a daily rate. I didn't ask for monthly rate.

I stayed here for 4 days, really Kool place to chill out. 700 THB/day. And 7000THB/month. Plus water and electricity. Family Mart is close by which is 24*7 open so you can buy anything anytime you want. You can drink by the pool too. No one really minds much.

Quiet place to stay at in Phuket town. Many nearby places to eat. Rooms are cheap and basic but clean. Staff is friendly.
