Nice location in Phuket Old Town if you have a car/ motorbike as it’s not easy to book the public transportation. Good price and big room but do not expect anything. Furnitures are quite old and not regularly maintained. Amenities also are not fully equipped.

I feel the receptionist is not honesty enough, I asked for a taxi to Rassadar Pier and got a multiple higher quote compared to what I did by myself.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. If it was possible to give 0 starts I would. Let me break it down for you why you should NEVER stay in this place:

The building: they photoshop all their pictures online. It is not as white and new as it looks like in the pictures!!! Everything is extremely old and filthy!

The facilities: first, the “gym”. It’s just a joke. It’s a room with absolutely useless machines and a “library” looking over it! “Library” is empty shelves with a table. So the “gym” doesn’t exist here.
Second, the pool. It’s always cold because in the shade and the sun lounges are filthy! I would never even touch it! Can’t imagine laying there with your half naked body. So absolutely impossible to relax.

And finally, the apartments themselves: they are OLD and DIRTY! And I really mean it! They smell like a grandma, have stains on the walls, the color of the walls is just depressing and makes everything look even worse.
The furniture is like from world war 2 times. We had a sofa in our place and I think you can buy it for like 300 baht, absolutely useless! Might as well put some sticks and leaves and call it a sofa. Curtains are dirty, the bathrooms is absolutely disgusting too!

The problems we had with our apartment: ants. There were ants everywhere!!! Near the table where I worked! So imagine, I am working and I just find and ON me! Climbing On me!!! They were also on top of the bed too???????? it was just so horrible. When we told our landlord ( mananya property) she came and stared at ants and said she didn’t see them!!! What???!!! But after talking they did give us a poison to kill the ants.
Second: there were weird flying bugs in the shower that would just not go away. We’ve tried everything. So you just stand there showering and there are bugs around you????????????
Third, the WiFi. Absolutely impossible to work using it. We had to use hot spot from our phones. When we informed the landlord about this problem she bought a new WiFi and tried to charge us 2.000 baht for it! Can you imagine! (And we didn’t even ask her to!)

We stayed there for a month and could wait to leave. It was just a torture. We would have left earlier but the landlord (mananya property) said she will not give any money back if we leave! And overall was very rude and would THREATEN with police all the time for nothing!

We had horrible horrible horrible experience. Please! I beg you don’t stay here! There are plenty of other amazing condos for the same or cheaper place in Phuket!

DONT STAY HERE!!!

Well maintained, all you need is within a walking distance: restaurant, fruit market, grocery market, Phuket town, Rama’s Park. The biggest shopping mall, hypermarkets are in 5 minutes drive. I would recommend the place.

Great location if you have your own car. Good price and big room but do not expect anything. No hair dryer, some of old furnitures, wardrobe is smelly and TV signal is bad.

I told housekeeper not to clean the room but well .. atleast give me some more of toilet paper and bottles of water please ????

!!Scam from front desk!! front desk is also not 24 hrs.

we asked the front desk how long time it takes to drive from the hotel to Bus Terminal 1 cos we wanted a taxi service. the front desk answered 21 mins drive and asked us to pay 400 Baht immediately.

Later we found out it takes only 7 mins, 2km from the hotel to bus terminal. we went back at 1am to try to cancel the trip and get our money back. We waited 1h until the front desk shown up and he tried to talk the price from 400 to 350 Baht.

Unbelievable this is from a hotel front desk, he gave us the price even without calling any taxi driver. Have no idea how much money he will get and how much will the driver get.

Definitely not recommended if you don’t want ur vacations be ruined.

Simple and clean, just don't expect anything special. It's good for the price, but it could really do with some decorating and touch of humanity.

At the moment, it feels like it's completely utilitarian, with no attempt at style or beauty at all.

But, booked this place for just a couple nights to explore the area, so it gets the job done.

Air conditioner didn't work last night, will need to request to change rooms. AC looks like it's from the 90s.
