I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the pool is beautiful, the GYM is just amazing. All the staff do an excellent job. Special mention to Santa who is always smiling and ready to help. ????

Not the best room quality but okay
(Just asking for extra pillow last night but they didn’t have night shift maid so no pillow)

I had one paid night booked thru Agoda, could not arrive that day and sent message advising and asking the reception directly to use the room on next day or other day on their convenience whenever free, but got answer they can rebook but paying again much more than what they already got from my original booking....then they said is fully booked.
So maybe they got some baht for free in their pocket, but made a very low service...not gaining sure more customer...
If that is the way to regain customers after Covid pandemic, then will be a very dark future for this hotel and for all Thailand too....

All around we enjoyed our stay. The location is decent depending what you are after. I love their big natural swimming pool. Fridge in the room is big and new. Not a bad room. The hotel has a really cool modern feel. The value for what you pay per night is outstanding.

Staff speaks OK english. Front desk clerk was extremely helpful in helping me with a special request. Our room had not been vacuumed before we checked in. The drain in the shower is BLOCKED and by the time you finish showering, the water would’ve been about ankle-deep. Most of all the price was great. Breakfast was in next building and was again adequate.

Resonable price with standard room, fully equipped gym and swimming pool in the heart of Phuket and also close to Suan Luang park, what else you can ask for.

OVERALL: I would RECOMMEND this hotel to backpackers or (really tight) budget travellers but not for mid-range/ budget couples. Loads of traffic. The hotel rooms were kept very clean. Im a heavy sleeper but I even woke up in the middle of night once because it started vibrating really loud.
