Stylish boutique hotel with multiple business on-site. The room is well-designed and sound proof. So, you don't have to worry about the music from the rooftop bar. The famous ice-cream shop has closed but there is a really nice cafe on-site as well. Definitely a pleasant stay so far!

The room was spacious and nicely decorated with all modern comforts you need. What bothered us was the fact that the door to the gallery had glass in it which let the light of the hallway through during the night. Also it felt damp, although aircon was on. Location is fine when you want to visit the oldtown. No breakfast possible, fortunately there was a good coffee shop in the building next door.

Perfect for anyone looking for a small but spacious heritage hotel with modern comforts. Only four rooms (plus an upmarket dormitory). Beautiful rear garden. Creatively decorated with musical instruments (eg. old trumpets used as lamp holders). Handy location on the edge of Phuket Old Town. Cake shop/café and great massage shop just outside. Good value for money.

Love the hotel decorations, cozy u0026 nice. We got the big room which is spacious u0026 cute. Torry, the popular icecream shop is available just infront of the hotel. The coffee shop next door is also nice u0026 cute. Our most amazing time spending here. Will definitely visit again.

Old Ang Mo Lao turned to be a cozy hotel. Service very friendly. Rooms are very spacious and all decorated with inspirations from musical instruments (the owners are the founders of some prominent music academy in Phuket). The fact that there is not many room in the main building contributes a lot to the guests privacy. Adequate parking spots. Next to it are the Phuket’s famous ice cream parlor and a cute café. Had a very pleasant stay here.

Relaxing with local Phuket style residents. Garden around the house, we rather enjoy outside more than in especially when there are many people visiting the residence.

An old mansion of Lim's family in Phuket, turned to be a music school which explained the name 'Sound Gallery' and some music instruments as decorations. The room is well decorated with good taste and equiped with comfortable furtinures. The garden is wonderful. Such a lovely place to stay in Phuket. But hurry up for Torry's icecream before 6 pm. If you stay on the second floor, you need to bring the luggages to the room by yourself.
