You will have European products as well as fresh wholesale version products without having to pay a membership fee like at Costco or work in the restaurant industry like at Metro. Be careful if you want to buy alcohol there are times to respect it is from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. don't bother trying outside these hours, you will be politely but very firmly refused.

Although Makro always has staff blocking customer access to items in their aisles it is a nice facility.
They should change the standard practice of having to go in department for weighing of produce.
A scale at the checkout and a bit of training would ensure purchases that are not weighed in the department and the left to be returned rather than purchased.

Very big place to buy groceries on reasonable price. Almost everything from around the world available here the only negative point is this is cash only business and no card accepted here other than City Bank

Absolutely terrible!!
I Drove to the store in Phuket town from rawai and ordered a refrigerator for my bar being set up in Patong.
They said they will deliver at 5 PM the next day at my bar. I drove from Rawai to Patong and waited from 4:30 till 5:45. Once I finally got a hold of someone told me they’re not going to deliver today. They told me they’re going to deliver tomorrow sometime in the afternoon.

Obviously I was frustrated and I asked her what time she said 10 AM. that’s not even in the afternoon so they don’t even know the time of day!

What makes me most mad is they were just not going to deliver it. I had to call and then they told me they’re not going to. If I didn’t call I would’ve waited all night!!

Wasting lots of my time!!!

Superstore. Cash only. Sells items in bulk too. Food Tgai and Western. Tinned, frozen, fresh. Plus kitchenware, cutlery,,crockery, kirmtchen electrical goods, alcoholic beverages. You need to get a MAKRO card issued, free. Good car parking.
