Decent services (value for the money — we get to see all that was promised). But, but, but we had to wait so much for just about everything. Moving from one stop to the other on and off the islands required at least a 10-minute-long wait (often standing). For instance, we were hurried from one spot to the other — just to wait there standing for 10 minutes as the boat hadn’t arrived. This got repeated quite a few times and it’d become a norm to be accepted, which shouldn’t be acceptable. So, it would improve the service a lot if the logistics of all of the services are aligned.

we engaged their ferry service to racha Island as we are staying in racha resort.

the trip to racha from phuket was not pleasant. as we had luggage to carry, they do not have a proper Pier for us to board the boat. we had to tread above knee deep sea water to reach their boat with our cargo luggage carried over over heads all by ourselves.

our luggage have the risk of getting soaked in the sea water.

next when we are heading back to phuket from racha Island at the end of our stay, we were not told that we will detour to this coral Island, which charge us at 300 baht for a decent seat.

we were not happy at this arrangement as this was not told to us when we engaged their transfer service.

in the end, we had to wait at this coral Island for 1 hour 30 mins and do well with sandy staircases of a adjacent closed restaurant with sandflies on our heels.

I mean If they had told us b4 hand and we still choose to go with princess tour, we should not complain. But this is not what we sign up for and yet we have to pay for a decent seat and the time wasted.

we had planned to visit the large Buddha monument in phuket, but now had no time for it and instead were being the meals of sandflies here.

please do not fall for cheaper ferries like us because in phuket, there's always a catch.

okay boat trip. but be sure to bargain on the price when you book. we got our trip for 1200bth per person with 3 islands we visited and snorkelling on 2 of them. and food we got on the last island. There was a little long wait in the morning when you arrived. The organization could have been better. and watch out for people crowded when going up the boat. especially Chinese who seem to think that the boat is going to go without them. The result was that a woman slipped and phased in the boat ladder and suffered a large swelling and injury to her leg. so be careful.

We booked a trip to visit two island.
The taxi came to pick us up at 8:10.
From there it was just a chain of waiting.
We had to wait the boat untill 11.
On the first Island there was a lunch included.
The food was cold and there was not a lot of option.
We ended up going back 1 hour and half later then the expected time.
While we were waiting for the boat, we asked if we could get refunded because it was taking too long, but there was no options

Very old speedboat and one of them got broken in the middle of the sea. We lost time waiting for another boat and then we had to switch the boats. Pick up from the hotel was also one hour later. Overall the worse trip in Thailand and I did plenty. Avoid!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- NEVER HIRE THEM!! They took the money and did not provide scuba diving experience. When I talked about refund, they said that they do not have time to talk and cannot refund.

Raya princess tour, we had them for our tour to Coral Island and Raya in March 2019, from Phuket town. We payed 900 baht /person for this tour and included weather and juice, fruits and a lovely lunch with a dreamy view (see picture below) from a local shop near the Karon beach. The speedboat was OK, the driver cool, other personnel good. We had our guide named Mario (this is the stage name, his thay name was impossible to understand and remember) and it was amazing, vith a pretty good English too. When he wanted us to gadther from a place to another he called us with: Mario, Mario! Is was so funny. I recommend this company, they are kind and very good with people. Have fun using they services.
