Great service, freshly and deliciously prepared meals that can suit my meal plan and workout. The price is also perfect. Definitely a life savior when you don’t have time to cook at home , yet need to eat according to a plan ???? thank you!

I was quite upset about this breakfast.
- too long to wait ( and there was only 3 tables ) about 40 minutes to cook that breakfast.
- than they bring , and every piece of salmon was with dark skin. Which is not chewable. I didn't want to cut skin from every piece so asked them to do this.
- where is avocado ? They just add it a little bit for colour. No avocado taste. Too poor.
- very dry, solid bread.
- no any sauce like in egg Benedict. Or salt. Nothing.

For this dish 0 star. Awful. For 190 bht.
+ For nice coffee, asked not strong.
+ Husband ate yogurt with oat and mango . Was ok.

Not sure that we will come back.

Pure Prep meals are great. I usually do deliver to home, they have packages if you are interested. If they ever mess up your order, they always send a new one or compensated. Highly recommend ????

Lovely cafe vibe and I would say best food in Rawai 100% . Decent vibe, clean nutritious meals and especially good if you are counting macros as they add it all up for you.

Fresh and good food. I like ordering my meals here, as they are healthy and contain many vegetables too. Perfect when you are working out, but also if you are not. The chicken tandoori is my favorite!

Just went today and found the restaurant it's nearly full, that is a good sign and a lot of bodybuiders a d others peoples. I have the sirloin beef with vegetables and its very nice to know how much C P and Fat you have eaten if you're on diet. I will definitely come back for Breakfast and to try all these snacks. Love it.
