Very good food and drinks. Good prices. Went here many times.
One major problem, they seem to prioritize their Grab orders over their in-house customers. Makes me VERY SAD because it was by far my favorite lunch place before this :(

The last two times I went I waited 30-40 minutes for my food. It's supposed to be a typical fast-casual thai place, but it stopped being that so I stopped going. I'm trying to be in and out in 20 minutes or less at a place like this, not still waiting for my food 30 minutes after ordering.

I hope they can get back on track and separate their grab business from their already very busy in-person business. The food itself is 5 stars, the experience overall is the reason for the 3 stars :(

Very cheap and delicious food especially the dessert. Service was great but for me and my friends we really loved the mango sticky rice. I would go back to this place just for that. Waiting time was not too bad so overall good experience.

They prioritize their grab orders over people who order in person. I waited 25 minutes and still they got my order wrong. I ordered rice with fried pork and garlic, and they gave me fried rice with pork. I mentioned that I was waiting 20 minutes and they said "okay ka", but no apology about their terrible service or long wait times. Why did you not mention when I first ordered that it will take 20 minutes? No communication. The food is overpriced, cold by the time you eat, and the service is bad. I have eaten in person here multiple times and the service was very slow. Much slower than ordering on Grab. There are many great food options and thai food options in the area, but this one is only in business because they deliver on grab. Why eat here if they are going to treat you like they don't care about your business? Eat here at your own risk of wasting time or having a bad experience.

Meat was good, but ordered Panang curry soup and it wasn't soup, it was rather sauce as there wasn't enough liquid that you can call the dish as soup. Peas in it were bitter. Also no rice were served together with curry.

In our first 10 days this dish was first worst one, also servant was the first we saw who seemed to be rather disturbed that she has to do her job. Hopefully she had just a bad day????u200d♀️

Green curry tasted like fermented milk with excessive oil on top, obviously not fresh and probably milk has gone bad. And beef basil was really not as good as you can get anywhere. 3rd dish we had was bamboo mushroom soup, nothing to eat and tasted like earth and dirt, oh and only good part is they accept cards, so 2 stars

Overall a good meal. Some hits and misses. The grilled squid, somtum, basil pork were good. beef salad and grilled pork were very tough. Ordered via grab.

Great little open air restaurant, menu has a wide selection of traditional Thai dishes and western options. Service is good, food comes quick. I go here often its very reliable.
