I am so proud of my choice of booking this place for our honeymoon. It was expensive but the private pool villa is worth an experience. It was smooth check in process, for 3 days the staff made sure all are needs are being met. Even if you step out to cross the road, there is a guy who hauled the cars and make sure you cross safely. These are some really sweet generous gestures. Squeaky clean linens, amazing food, a bar overlooking the ocean, private pool, private beach, snooker, infinity pool restaurant what else do we need? The rain made everything better.

We have had the pleasure of staying here for an amazing three weeks for our honeymoon. My wife and I were very well looked after by Boo, Aun, Sun and Hi. Their service was faultless! The team on reception were also really friendly (especially Tee who brought us to our room!).
We had a coconut scrub in the spa to start our holiday and it was amazing -excellent value for money.

The food we had was all beautiful. As a side note - there aren't many vegetarian options listed on the menu, but they will swap any meat in dishes for Tofu- so there is plenty of meals to try, all you have to do is ask!

Our new favourite dish is a Spicy Egg Salad - so simple but YUM!

We would also recommend ordering a Mango Smoothie with Rum. Delicious!

Only issue we had was with the mini bar in our room. We upgraded to a garden view villa (stunning room) however the mini bar was empty - there is a sign saying if you'd like to have it filled to ask. We asked and were told that the mini bar is classed as room service and we would have to pay for each item individually- not exactly all inclusive.

What a beautiful resort. Picturesque at every point. Our room with sea view and balcony was a dream. Excellent condition and beautifully cleaned every day by great housekeeping staff. Facilities and activities were amazing. Activities staff so friendly and joyous. Food was bountiful and extensive in range. Staff always going above and beyond. Really well run by William who was highly attentive and responsive. Great Thai hospitality. Thank you very much for a memorable long awaited break.

The location is very good for being always inside, but is really far the resort from all other places like Pa Tong Beach or the airport.

The rooms are very good, I quit the last star because shower flood all the bathroom floor under the glass door each time you use.

To sum up, it is a special place to stay apart from all the busy Thai cities. It is quiet and relaxing.

Pros: Private beach, views from the room, excellent pool, free parking, breakfast buffet was OK.

Cons: AC was either ice cold or non existent. The beds were incredibly lumpy and you are provided a pillow for a mouse and a gigantic square pillow. The bed is advertised as king, but both our feet hung off the front of the bed. Even though this is a "resort," you cannot charge anything to your room. You pay for the entire stay at check-in and an up front deposit into an account or you need to carry your credit card with you everywhere. The wait staff was not very helpful and somewhat rude. The electricity went out three times while we were there (imagine being in the elevator). It is far (20+ minutes plus) from the closest attractions and 45 minutes from the main tourist area. Despite coming and going several times, the parking attendant (same person) would stop us upon entering and ask if we were guests repeatedly. There was no coffee or tea in the room at this "resort." The $25 dollar per person evening buffet was constantly out of the popular items, and upon bringing it to the staff's attention, would not be restocked. The only drink available was Coke Light and anything else, including coffee or tea, was extra. Despite being advertised as such, these are not 5 star accommodations.

Overall experience is good. The hotel app is easy to use and can request room service directly there. The receptionist when I first checked in is super nice. I ordered room service couple of times and requested amenities from the hotel app which is convenient. However, I think the room amenities and hotel facilities are quite limited. Warning, slippery floor when it rains. May need to be careful for elderly.

The room access with outdoor corridors is not my style tho, but the balcony is nice with good view. I have a mixed feeling for staff service, experienced both nice and just so-so staff.

Amazingly tranquil, lovely hotel that is in a quiet private part of Phuket island. Staff, food facilities were all top notch. Awesome breakfast and room service! The beach is quiet, private and in a cove so the water was calm. We spent our anniversary here and would do again, it was perfect!!
