Had a front facing upstairs room (202) for 8 nights here in January 2018. The room was very comfortable, nice and big, good a/c (very quiet), kitchen area with microwave also large fridge.
The room was cleaned every day and drinking water left in the fridge. Hot water in the shower but not the sink in the bathroom.
The room felt very spacious with settee and separate chair with footstool. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. Loads of hanging space in the wardrobe.
The room being at the front of the building you did get some noise from the road but it didn't bother me.
Cape Panwa is a very quiet part of Phuket and with the use of a rental scooter makes a good base for your holiday.

Decent place in small budget. Rooms are clean and tidy. Basics such as toiletries, water, free WiFi, TV, fridge, drying stand, etc are available in the room. Staff is friendly and courteous. They can find you a motorbike on rent if requested for. There's a cafe on the ground floor and a super market nearby. It is located in Panwa area which a quite far (~25 km) from the popular tourist hub (Patong) so airport transfers and other travels are more expensive. But rooms at one grand of local currency is just worth it.

A little hard to find since I was looking for a hotel not a cafe, but a great place for the price. It’s pretty clean, with a swimming pool I really enjoyed. Only stayed one night but would probably go back.

This is a great place to stay. I was surprised how nice the room was for only 1200 baht a night. I was expecting something old but turned out to be very new

The staff is very friendly, they provide a great customer services. The food is very nice and the place have a quiet atmosphere.

Small room but new and equipped with required. It's is a guesthouse. So don't expect too much. ????

Feels like home ,very quiet and conservative part of thailand .
