Phuket is great! The night market has a lot of food... Including fried insects, bees... The mango rice is the best! Well, look at the promthep cape (last photo)... It is a famous destination. The sunset is also great there. Visit the temple also when you are in Phuket!

A nice spot really... But more importantly it's a gateway to the many other amazing places to explore. Especially the islands offshore.
It's very touristy around the Port Phuket and Chalong area, as to be expected. However once you're onboard that boat and heading out to sea... Who cares!

First reason what I love in Thailand that is food!! Street food amazing .... if you like spicy food i should go to Thailand)) Of corce take soup !! Food tourism in thailand the best))

Was disembarked from a cruise. The entry is rather casual, no need passport. Have to walk a bit distance to get transport. Wish the local authority to furbish the walkway with a shelther to avoid sun and rain and improve the toilet condition.

Very good Port. Many people there coming by vans directly from their hotels. It is considered normal bargaining everything in Thailand even Tours or food in restaurants.

Hub for the speedboats to various famius islands e.g.Phi Phi, James Bond ils. Also Dive training, not a tourist Destination in itself like the real beaches Kata, Karon or even Rawai
