I was referred to Phuket Dream Company by a friend for our first trip to Thailand. Our entourage included friends u0026 family (including children) from other parts of the globe. All-in-all about 10 of us arriving at different times and different places. Of course when it’s your first time to a new country, it’s hard to know what to expect and we all just wanted to get to our hotel and get settled in. PDC had arranged top-quality transportation from the airport and we were all collected promptly on exit and driven comfortably to our destination. The hotel that Justin and his team had arranged for us was expected to be amazing and it exceeded that for all of us. Not only that, we saved nearly $50 AUD a day on what we would have paid had i purchased online myself.

PDC organised several tours for us while we were there, as we had not had the time prior to arrival. During peak season and at short notice, they were able to secure us places on all the tours we had hoped to do and also suggest a few others we were not aware of. Justin, Jinn and their team have been on all the tours they provide bookings for, so everything we experienced was amazingly professional and coordinated with three young children in mind.

The guys were also happy to assist with anything additional we wanted or needed. Dining recommendations, places to shop, a secluded local beach, and even an emergency GoPro cable when mine was lost. As Justin had said when first meeting us at the hotel, "If you need anything, just ask. We may not have done it before, but we will always try and help." And that is really why Phuket Dream Company are all you need in Thailand. You are almost getting a concierge service with a first-rate tour company.

Our family holiday was the first of it's kind and something that brought us all a lot of happy memories and beautiful experiences. We will be visiting Phuket again as a result and Phuket Dream Company is our company of choice. I cannot recommend more highly.

My husband and I went on the morning catamaran tour to Maiton Island arranged by Phuket Dream Company. We didn't have a lot of time and wanted a tour the next day, so we called the manager Nittaya on the phone. She met with us on a very short notice at our hotel at Surin beach and processed our order in person. She was extremely nice and gave us great recommendations for traveling in Phuket. We enjoyed chatting with her a lot. She answered all of the questions that we had and even gave us a bag of some of her homemade chocolate chip cookies. Although due to the weather condition, we were unable to make the tour to Phang nga Bay, the tour to Maiton Island was also fantastic. We didn't see any dolphins but it is always just a hit and miss. Fishing on the boat was very fun and I caught 2!!(It is a laid back and relaxing fishing activity, not for professionals) The path up to the top of the hill was dreamy. We enjoyed ourselves on the white sand beach and had so much fun snorkeling. If it is possible, we will definitely come back again and try another tour with them!

We are a family of 4 (2 younger children) and we trusted them with booking everything for our Thailand vacation. It couldn't have been any easier and it all went perfectly. I sent them our Thailand itinerary (3 cities) and they recommended and booked everything for us including airport transfers. Communication was great and everyone was always on time. We loved all the trips and tours and highly recommend them. We didn't have to worry about a thing and our package was very reasonably priced.

Jinn from Phuket Dream Company was so helpful. We shopped around for best deals and she had a way better price than other agents, she took the time to come to us and explain what's included in the different tours and she speaks good English. She didn't pressure us to book lots of tours or the most expensive ones, she listened to what we said we wanted to do and she recommended the tour she thought would best suit. She has local knowledge and made booking easy with safe payment. And she even checked up and made sure we got picked up and had no problems.
We booked these tours for our anniversary holiday (just the two of us although all of these would also suit families)
Phi Phi island romantic sunset speedboat tour with Seahorse Marine, it was excellent we got to see all the islands we wanted to see, had plenty of snorkeling time and no surprise charges.
Morning tour elephant jungle sanctuary Phuket camp 3. Amazing experience with feeding and hands on time with gentle giants, free photos, snacks and delicious buffet lunch included.
Simon Cabaret show, really entertaining, fun show, lots of laughs and surprisingly huge cast, could not believe they were ALL lady boys! Also plenty of great cafes to get dinner nearby. (Recommend lemongrass coffee shop) I probably wouldn't take small children to this show, very fun for adults.
Fantasea. Big spectacular show with lots of animals and large cast of dancers, it's in its own little theme park and we bought "carnival" type food there (not the dinner package) the music there was not my cup of tea but the show is one of those "must see if you are in Thailand" experiences. Oh you can get a photo with a baby tiger there if you like too.
All transfers were included, were on time with very nice comfortable air con cars.
All tour guides and teams were very friendly and informative with good English and made experience fun.
Would definately recommend Phuket Dream Company for all Thailand bookings for best price and excellent service.

Amazing service, always checked in with us, made sure we were enjoying and happy with all our activities. Party of 11 (adults and children) booked various activities in Bangkok and Phuket. Justin and his team were amazing in accommodating us. They were always on time or earlier. All questions were answered timeously. I was never made to feel like I was a nuisance and I asked many questions. Even helped with tracking down shops that sells certain items. Justin had to undergo an operation but still checked in with me and my party. I would highly recommend this company for any and all Thai bookings. Their vendors used were the best quality. Their help has made this holiday a dream holiday for myself and my family. Thank you so much!

After a friend recommended Jinn from Phuket Dream Company to make some bookings for tours, l got in contact with her. We booked a personal day tour of the sights around Phuket and tickets to the Siam Niranit show.
Jinn was so pleasant and easy to deal with while making these bookings. Her English is exceptional, as I was a little worried about our communications, but she was just perfect.

Jinn took us on our day tour, she was very punctual and her driving skills are outstanding and we felt very comfortable being with her. Nothing was too much trouble, she didn’t mind waiting while we looked around at all the places we at stopped. Her knowledge of the history and places was outstanding and just hearing the personal side of life was lovely.

The afternoon that we were going to the show, she sent messages checking to make sure we were picked up which was comforting to know that she cared.

I would highly recommend using this company and will use it again on our next visit.

This was, by far, one of the best trips I have ever gone on. It was so easy-going. Every time someone was supposed to be there to pick us up, they were there. All of the guides we took, were perfect. Nittaya was our Thai guide and she was fun u0026 professional ! She had been to our hotel and discussed with me about what we wanted to do and constructed the perfect vacation for us. I can never thank her or her Phuket Dream Company enough for the memories they helped us create....and yah thanks for the home made cookies!!!
