The hotel staffs were very helpful. ***agement is attentive to my needs. Value for money would be hard to beat. The massage centre turned out to be the best of the lot. Food prices were relatively reasonable - not excessive. Minibar was well-equipped, good. The breakfast in the morning was really nice.

I was always greeted with smiles. Very good value for the price. Alcohol choices are good with ***y international brands. The room is maintained very clean throughout our stay. Across from the hotel are a lot of nice stores. Breakfast is great. We had a great time and we have no complains.

Having stayed here a few times over the past few years we have always liked this hotel but it's losing some of it's charm. The service rendered to us was amazing and superb. The traffic is easy to navigate. The location was perfect for my itinerary. Exchange rate is available at the hotel.

The Hotel is built and kept well. The Location is. A bit off and would be disappointing to many but we felt pretty much at home here. The Staff is sweet. Special Shout out to James at the reception who kept his Professional ethics protected while taking good care of us. The Place is again Half N hour away from the Main Patong beach by Car.

On a holiday trip i was there from 4th to 7th this month. The location is without a doubt the best location. We always had transport willingly available to us from the resort. The cleanliness of the room was well kept. The team was professional from the minute we placed the reservation.

Just spent two weeks at this hotel. The staff are great and very helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The only downside would be no wardrobes in the rooms.

Terrible staff, they can't speak English properly. There is supposed to be a complimentary breakfast and they keep us waiting for bread to arrive after half hour and expect us to eat what they want us to eat. It's absurd. One of the most aweful experience I ever had.
