I went Phuket Square to buy a cup of milk tea at noon today .I had extremely disaster service experience in a store name" Beverage".

I just ask the staff:Can I have less ice inside my milk tea? Then the staff show her attitude and shouted to me :No.

After she gave me the milk tea.She ask the card to charge again.Actually I gave my card to her before I get my drinks.

Because she is making tea while making a phone call.That's why she ask me twice.
