There's not been Wi-Fi here for many many days. Only found out during a late check-in ????... Which was too late to find another place...

Otherwise, the room size is decent, cleaned around furniture u0026 good for the price.

Surprisingly, not too noisy even though it's beside the road.

The building and room not so new like in the pictures. Spacious room but very uncomfortable pillows and it was 2 mattresses in king bed. The ac was really old and it was above bed, and i guess thermostat didn’t work cause it was super cold. And the walls looked weird like mold but painted. Remember that late check out is 200 baht for two hours, not sure if the receptionist lady just took the money to her pocket :D the price for the night 500 baht at the residence. In the room there is kitchenette but they don’t have kettle and no dishes no silverware at all. They suggest to buy it in supercheap market nearby.

I had intended to leave a negative review due to a problem with my room on check-in however over the duration of my stay the friendly staff won me over. The initial issue was with regards to my booking in Airbnb as the room I was given was not what was shown online however this error was due to about source and not on the part of the on sight staff.

Filthy! Toilet hasn't been cleaned. Even the bathroom door handle was disgusting! It is a 7-storey building and the lift doesn't work. Staff were rude and did not care.
