nice little gym with quite a lot of equipment so you can easily train everything you need. Almost never crowded. No aircon and not enough fans so sometimes a bit sweatty hell ???? Around 1000thb for monthly membership.

Nice gym. Quiet and clean. It doesn't have many costumers. But it has great equipments and quiet environment. If you just want to exercise quietly on your own or with your partner without being bothered by some annoying arrogant gym guys, it is the best choice for you????

clean looking gym, it lacks in space for free weight equipments. machines are functioning good and maintained well. some range of motions are too fixed on these old machines, but i have to say again that their machines are well maintained, better maintained compared to gyms in phuket that costs 2500thb per month that i have tried. overall a good gym to workout if you dont go where when its crowded. make sure to check on their GMB when the gym is most busy, try to avoid those time if you can and you end up having the whole gym almost for yourself alone :)
there is couple package, for 1600thb per month for 2 person. just in case anyone is interested, ask them.

I went to the gym and had very bad customer service. I came there with my baby (4 month), I always go train with my baby because otherwise I couldn't train (mom life..) In Finland and in other gyms in Thailand it has always been ok to take baby with (sleeping in the trolly) but this lady didn't even stop her telephone call to talk to me.. only said no.. and we had just walked 1,5 km next to that busy road. And there were only couple people at the gym ..
