Love it there. Staff are always very friendly. Can hear the cleaners singing as they go about their work.

Basic, but great beds and perfect for short business trips. It's very clean as well, what they have they really look after.

This is a budget hotel so be prepared for that. It's not the worst I've stayed at in this price range and not the worst. Can be fully booked sometimes so I guess many people like it but I will choose another one next time.

The room had a balcony but unfortunately the air conditioning unit was on this and so practically made this part out of action. Good value for money. I probably would not spend a lot of time in the hotel due to the location but as a stopover it was ideal.

Booked to stay here 7 nights, only stayed 4. At 4am, a massive explosive sound went off which sounded like a bomb and continued every so often for an hour. Within this, a man was yelling and knocking on doors and go on and off the deck and i had no idea what was happening. No respect at all to anyone and i can imagine i was not the only scared one and most definitely not the only person awake, it was extremely loud. I will never stay here again because of how traumatic that night was.

One of The best hotels! Very clean, modern, Cleaning service every day, friendly and helpful stuff. Great value to quality . I will come back here with pleasure!

We did not feel uncomfortable staying in the hotel or walking around by night. There were a lot of drivers waiting so we decided to wait a bit to see if we could see ours. I would go back again if I was staying near old town as its a good price for what you get.

I promise you, it will be worth it I certainly won't make the same mistake twice. The ***ager personally helped me save grace with a complicated communication breakdown with a clueless business renting scooters. The hotel is very centrally located in Phuket town. The city is much less charming and interesting that I had hoped.
