We first booked 3 nights and were enchanted by the accommodation and staff and subsequently extended our stay to another 10 nights. The staff is extremely friendly and always smiling, the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff helped us and gave advice on everything we needed. Location is great, 5 min to shops, 2 min to local restaurants, 10 min to Karon beach and 15 min to Kata beach. The accommodation also offers scooter rental (200 baht) and parking is provided. The pool behind the hotel can also be used and is tidy and clean. Wifi si good and connection is stable. Breakfast is tasty and portions are big. Definitely for recommendation.

Excellent stay here at Kata Tranquil from start to finish. Communications have been swift and helpful and everything I have asked for has been attended to. The room was clean and tidy with access to the pool. The food is delicious and I really appreciated the free fruit which was fabulous! Thailand is a big hassle to get to at the moment but Namfon at Kata Tranquil made things so much easier for me. Thanks for all your help!

I am leaving this morning after a two week stay. The women here have been so helpful! Anything I needed help with was dealt with. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to stay here. I rented a Honda PCX for a very affordable price. I had one small issue with it and they dealt with it quickly and I didn’t even miss any time on it. The place is clean and well maintained, spacious and comfortable. It really is the staff that makes my stay here so pleasant. Thanks!

Oh this place is so nice ! Meet Kung and Namfon, they will do their best to help with just about anything. The rooms are nice, spacious and super clean. Big balcony, nice garden with pool. Breakfast is limited, but you have lots of option nearby (maybe that was also because of Covid). You can rent a motorbike there for a fair price. It’s not walking distance from the beach (Well you can walk, but it’s hot) but the place is quiet and lovely. I was there for the sandbox and I’m glad I chose this place.

Absolutely amazing little gem. It's obvious that the girls who run the place care a great deal about their guests. You feel really welcome here. The room was big and spacious, and the cleanliness and service is at a very high standard. The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, with its beautiful tiles and trees surrounding it.
Breakfast is also high standard, with homemade waffles, eggs and pancakes.
The fastest route to the beach is a little hidden but once you find it, it takes only 10 minutes to get to Karon beach.
We will come back here for sure.

Nice and clean place. Good room and pool area. Help you fix thing. 10-15min walk to beach on road with traffic. Not following booking.com agreement.
