On arrival.. ..no friendly welcome..
"Passport!"...then we were split as a family into 2 buildings very far apart and up a steep hill and over 100 steps up...so difficult to get there....

We asked what rooms available on same building and told to pay extra 1200 baht for upgrade....

No friendly customer service ...could not wait to leave there.. such a shame as my family wanted to be friendly..treated like they hate us. ....

I Can say it that hotel is OK related to the price for Night. Its located arround 10min walk to the beach . Is located a little Up in hillside , so no any loudly street niose. But lof of ant arround, frog and lizard. We had two lizard inside of bathroom, but we are in Thailand :))
