Nice and clean, large communal areas and
quite stylish. Double private rooms looked very nice, but our 'duo' room didn't have a
window. The mattress is also incredibly hard (think nearly as hard as the floor). Hostel also lists breakfast as included, which turned out to be a payable extra. Laundry facilities were not available as advertised. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Also got locked out of the building on our final night. Only available contact method is 'line' app which is unusable by westerners.

Great location. 7 min walk from the Town.
Very cosy, stylish and minimalistic interior. The amenity is clean and impressive. Great for a long stay. Cool common space to eat and work. Speedy wifi all over hotel.
Cool feature with Netflix on TV.
The staff is very friendly and cooperative. Highly recommend ????

This is probably one of the most stylish and clean hostels I have ever been in Thailand.
All the staff is very nice and helpful as well, they allowed me to stay all day in the common area (so peaceful) after the check out, to work with my computer, because my flight was late that evening. Beds, sheets are super clean and you get also a bottle of water. Recommended!

It's very new but of course looks as old as its name. Can't deny that this hostel has kind of a good design but they still need to improve a lot about service and quality. I visited here because i saw a good review. But i met many problems. There was no water coming out from the shower in my room. I asked hotel staff and they requested me to change room. It was fine. Then, the next day they asked me to change room again. The room was bigger but i wondered why can't they check the room that available first and then requested me to change!

Btw. For overall is good. Breakfast provided by hostel is a small set of dim-sum which is so-so. Staff is willing to help but seems like they can't find the right solution.

I understand that this hostel is new. So i hope they improve their service very soon.

This is awesome ideal hotel/hostel to stay over in Phuket town, I stayed around 3 nights, overall experience was great and smooth.
Just make sure the reception closed at 6pm but you may scan QR code for checking in,
the staff will open door for you.

Pros:
-Staffs are friendly and helpful, also quick responses to your messages.
-The room and location is awesome near to the old town and almost next to the bus station.( to the airport)
-Lovely design in the rooms and cafe, also clean in the room or common spaces.
-If you book a private room, they also offer Netflix which could be a +

Cons:
- Easily to heard soundproof noises
- Sometime it could be abit noise from the street or construction.

Overall I recommended here, would likely to come stay over again in the future:)

Overall is good, location is great next to the bus terminal and 7-eleven next to the building,
Hotel is quite newly build,
except 1. The shower can’t be adjustable, only Hotu0026cool, no warm at all.
2. Sometime water turn yellow, guess it came from a stain from old pipeline, need to repair.

I’m in love with the design of this hostel especially the common space and the cafe downstairs. The staffs are friendly, rooms are clean and large. We booked the duo private twin room, though it’s located at 4th flr but no problem for us, inside there’s a basin but no toilet. Hair dryer provided. Near to 7-11 and bus terminal.

Cons: The MAJOR drawback is the super hard mattress! I’m not a light sleeper but the mattress really ruined my sleep. It’s super hard and i doubt it is actually a piece of wood (not mattress). Another cons is that there’s no hanger inside our room, not a single hook that can hang our clothes/towels. No chairs or tables or whatsoever though there’s plenty of empty space inside the room.

I wouldn’t mind to stay here agin next time but will try to book a double bed room instead. Hope they’ll change the mattress ASAP.... Thanks
