Have all types of equipment. Not too old. Service is quite like home. Sometimes you have to call the frontdesk staff to check in. Lots of people after work hour

Good equipments, 3 stories building, for visitor 100 per day or 500 per week. Friendly staffs. Parking in front.

I was positively surprised how good this this is. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Gym is very well equipped and would suit everyone even a serious bodybuilder. Air con is working on every floor (3 floors). Showers and toilets are clean. Lockers are also available for a 100baht deposit. They even give you 2 towels (training and shower towels).
First time member would train there for FREE (first session only).
Casual visit costs 300baht.

Staff are very friendly and polite BUT this gym is constantly under construction, so if you like breathing in concrete dust while you lift... this is the place for you. Full of rude third-party trainers who hold and reserve multiple weights/machines for their clients and eating strong smelling food right in the middle of the gym. Have more than once walked in on these non-staff trainers injecting clients in the locker room and then just leave the dirty needles laying around. This place has high potential but they need to stop doing construction during business hours, not exaggerating every day there has been some crew renovating something for the past year, and kick out the third party trainers who make this place so unpleasant.

Not a bad gym at all staff friendly and members also. Managed to squeeze a decent back day in so ????.

Used this gym on u0026 off for the last few years, friendly staff and only 800 Baht a month at the moment.
