Hotel Ambiance is good. Service is also nice.
But if you want to stay with your kid then you must reconsider your decision.
Hotel is having some void spaces, which looks like place for water but it is not filled.
And the problem is it is not covered as well.
While walking you have to watch your steps.

Great room and service. Room is a little old but comfortable. Pool is cool, connecting to the first floor rooms.

I stayed a few nights in Dec 2021 at the A2 Pool Resort as it was the only decent hotel close to the Australian Consulate and is SHA Plus+ accredited.

I opted for the pool access room and was very happy with it. The room was a very good size and clean. The pool is likewise quite nice and was well maintained.

Staff in the resort were all friendly and more than happy to help out bringing food from to me when I was isolating awaiting my PCR test result (I entered Phuket under the Testu0026Go scheme). The staff gave me the choice of having breakfast in the restaurant (no lunch or dinner available) area or having it brought to my room each day.

There is not much in the way of food or tourist things to do around the hotel, so you'll need either your own car or to use Grab to get around. There are a couple of convenience stores that are a 5 to 10 min stroll away from the hotel.

Stayed here for 2 weeks after positive covid test, if you get the option to stay here rather than a hospital, I would grab the opportunity with both hands. For the price, this place was amazing. The rooms are large and comfortable, there is WiFi, cable TV, a fridge and large bathroom. 3 meals a day supplied by the takeaway cafe on bypass are very good, considering the meals are not chosen by you, the quality and eatability are superb. Staff are great and very friendly, you can order grab or 7/11 and they are happy to bring to your room.

We really enjoyed our time and it made shopping in town much easier. The room was great for what we need. Approaching the hotel we didn't think too much as the road is busy and noisy. Breakfast is good as is room service. The value for money is surprisingly good.

From first glance room looks clean and well maintained only if the kingdom of ants didn’t set up a camp everywhere in the room!! Literally they’re everywhere sleeping next to you. Breakfast... another kingdom of ants this time they’re in the food. Pool is alright but it only has 4 sunbeds
