99% of staff is completely useless. They are poorly trained for the department they are working in. 5 different employees tell me "no have" when I described what i wanted. I gave a brand name, a price from their website and a picture and still said no have. I had to call my wife to send me a link from their webpage (no translation of webpage on phone so couldnt find with english), only then did they say they have.

Its like that everytime.

Also, half the time i go in there the up escalator is not working ????????u200d♂️.

I went to this store at 7 p.m. it was closed I was refused entry even though it is written everywhere that it closes at 8 p.m.
especially since I came from afar

We really like this store and come here often. But check-out is very very long. Getting receipt ???? takes 10 minutes. Hopefully management will do smth

2 floors. Huge place. Not a lot of English spoken but have a picture of what you are looking for always helps. They had the paint color I couldn't find anywhere else.

Staff is there as decor, dont have any clue about the section they are, and prefer to hide in some corridor to play with the phone. They are nice tho, zero stress and help.

Translation: worst management ever.

It's a very good shop, with many choices.
Just one thing, manager is not competent. he don't know what is a customer and services. very pity for that

A good alternative too homepro..... Plenty of staff on hand if you need help.... Well stocked with different products giving a better choice....Price wise they are very much on-par or better then Homepro's prices ???? well worth checking out.
