This is the biggest jewellery store and factory in Phuket. You are allowed to enter to the factory to see how they make or repair the jewelry.
The collection is super huge, all the bling bling diamond and gems stone, the model and desing mostly is for ladies, only few design for male.

Purchased a 14k gold sapphire ring for $700. After one month of normal wear, the band has cracked. I messaged asking for a replacement ring and they requested that I send this ring back, don’t put insurance or state the value of the ring on it. After I said I clearly would not be doing that, I requested a partial refund to have it fixed here, which they ignored and told me to send the ring back again. Honestly, horrible service, horrible quality, I would highly, highly recommend you avoid this place.

Large store with good selection. Come ready to buy. Helpers are very knowledgeable about what is in the store and they can size and dip so quickly.

Stylish and educational store. I thought the staff were very nice and the jewelry is lovely to look at.

They have so many items that I think you should mostly shop here if you are wealthy or have extensive experience in jewelry shopping.

Quite a large facility!! I have to admit, I was smitten by the fantastic aquariums around the place. Wonderful saltwater fish that were, in my opinion the true gems. But I digress...the selection of gems was amazing, along with leather products and small trinkets. A classy spot. There was also a factory that you passed to get to the display. Intrigued by the small train tour in the beginning.

As a part of the Phuket day tour we went here.
Talking about place it is very big shop.
It will be more likely to be walk around of large jewellery store. if you are not interested in buying gemstones or diamonds etc then you can skip this place.
