We found the 1 bedroom fully self contained apartment to be ideal and in new condition for the 44 days we were in Thailand. Cleaning Staff were thorough. Office Staff were helpful. I can't speak highly enough about the Manager. She went above and beyond by helping us on a number of occasions with booking trips, getting a Thailand Sim Card, helping us with information about Exit Covid 19 test costs and where to get them, organising to put "Grab" App on my phone and a quick lesson on how to use the Grab app as it come in handy for transport and delivery of groceries etc. Pool was kept clean and we used it all the time. Connext Residence was the ideal location in Phuket City for our needs.

Modern and clean self contained apartments managed by very friendly, helpful English speaking staff. As others have mentioned, it's a little bit remote but staff can assist you in hiring a motorcycle for reasonable rates. I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again during my next visit.

I stayed here for a week (Nov'16). The place was simple but great. My room was the two bedrooms, the room was clean and have a great space. There was a living room, dining table, and kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator) also a washing machine.

The service also great they welcome me every time I passed the lobby. They also have all day cleaning.

The facilities they provide are pool n sauna, but the minus thing it was separated from the building.

The overall impression was great. Location is very quiet, but you need a motorbike or a car to get somewhere. Rooms were clean and quite modern. But the staff on the reception desk doesn't speak English very well. They are very friendly and kind but it was quite difficult to communicate.

Relatively new apartment building. Lovely reception staff with good English. Bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom in the apartment. Small and compact. It was great to be able to use the pool and sauna in the adjoining fitness centre during our stay. The only downside to staying here is that you are too far away from the sights in Phuket.

Stayed here for 5 nights in a serviced appartment, it was a small but near new very clean appartment that was well appointed with TV, couch, 2 burner hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine. The appartment was serviced daily with new towels, soap and bottled water. The front desk and security booth were staffed 24 hours and were very friendly and helpful, they organised a scooter to be delivered for 250 Baht per 24 hours (you will need to leave your passport or 5000 Baht deposit with the guy that deliveries the bike). While staying here we had free use of the pool and sauna/steam room. They whole place is in excellent condition but the only downside we found is the location is not great if your planning on exploring Phuket Island, you will need a bike to get to get around.

Nice residence which is only a little to far away from patong or anything else. Pool needs to be accessed via the fitness center which is a little annoying. Rooms have good intereur, even a washing machine was included!
