I would say it's not bad for the money i paid. Location of the hotel is good. Public transport is readily and easily available. There are hotel employees all around waiting to assist you. The cleanliness of the room was well kept. The room is well equipped with satellite TV.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks for business training. For 40 dolars you can find a good hotel around here. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was second to none. Most of people in hotel were pretty well decent. Very well trained personnel, in my opinion.

Convenient for access to public transport. These people seemed genuinely happy to do things for us. Special mention should be give about the staff who is extra courteous. Not the ideal conditions to get a good sleep in before an incredibly long flight, or just to relax in general.

We came to that hotel because we saw on their website it was 550 thb. We didn't book but when we arrive at the hotel the receptionist told us it was 850thb per night!
I had to show her on the website but of course they had no wifi!
We had to go to another place to be able to book on the website! When we came back, it was good but they told us there was no lift so we had to carry our luggages to our room. Of course when we ask if there was someone to help us with our luggages the receptionist answer : no!!
We went to our room and then surprise : no real window but one giving in the corridor. We took a "superior" room and we wonder what is the basic one because in that one there was marks on the bed, the wall and some rotten marks in the bathroom.
During the night the staff made so much noise that we could'nt sleep and when we told them of course they didn't understand...
At the end they tried to make us pay for 2bottles of water that were free!
I don't understand how that kind of place can still exist.

The hotel is quite far from the center of Phuket Town. We paid 1000 baht through a wo*** at the airport and i feel this was a total rip off. We went for a walk after checking in and found that it was a very unpleasant place to be walking around.

We then discovered it was covered in ants which began biting and running all over our bodies. Don't tell me something is free and then charge me. After our very unsuccessful walk around the area we decided to eat in the hotel itself and were very surprised by the quality of the food.

Value for money, staff is very friendly. Located centrally in phuket town. Food not so good but plenty available around the hotel.
