We really enjoyed the holiday! A big thank you to Add from the kids club in particular. The kids had so much fun that they are still refusing to cut off their wristbands, more than a week after leaving. The food was enjoyable as well, especially the baked goods for breakfast and the Thai selections. Watch what the staff are eating and take the same dishes - you won’t go wrong. The rooms were clean, with very comfy beds and pillows. Staff were all pleasant and cheerful, and their enthusiasm never flagged even if guests were not so cooperative.

One of the best vacations I've had with family. Very different experience from staying at any other hotel or resort. The GO team was really friendly and fun to hang out with and encouraged us at all times to participate, which made the being there more enjoyable than ever. Food options were great and so were the all-inclusive drink options at the bar. Being off-season, the resort was not over crowded. Thanks much to the GM Vincent and his team for making this memorable for my family and me.

This is the 3rd Club Med that I have visited. Personally I think they are the best in the South East Asia.

Club Med really gives every visiting guest a complete experience. From the time we land in the airport till the moment we board the airport transfer back to the airport.

This is really a real getaway for every member of my family from my 4Yo to my 8Yo then myself and my wife. Without a doubt kids will definitely enjoy most with the kids club where they get to hang around and play with kids the same age.

Will be good to find out the themes they have during the duration of your stay so you could bring clothes to match the theme, to be more involved in the party.

Before leaving do remember to visit the photo shop near the entrance, I forgot to go this time round.. too much happenings!!

We felt that the main restaurant is still the best and it’s better than the fine dining dinner at the other restaurant. Loved the cheese options they have, the fresh seafood especially the clams, generally all the well prepared food.

And Outgoing Lim was hilarious… maybe I will see him again at some other resorts.

Next one to the Maldives!

My wife u0026 I (early/mid 60's) could not fault Club Med Phuket. From greeting at airport pick up to airport drop off, our 7 night stay was nothing short of a first class experience without the cost. Staff, service, our room u0026 food absolutely amazing. Got to share meals with several staff and that was a terrific experience as we all got to share experiences and they seemed genuinely interested in Australia. You would not have such energetic u0026 friendly staff (from various parts of the world) unless you have a a truly amazing boss and GM Vincent David is certainly that. A friendly, energetic person who leads by example and certainly during the live entertainment every night.
Club Med Phuket is also extremely child friendly with an amazing array of things to keep the little ones entertained plus a mini Club Med for them.
Our first time at any Club Med but won't be the last.
Fantastic time-thank you Club Med Phuket.

Excellent! My kids and I had a great time. Everything was just perfect: the manager and the staff are amazing, the food was very good, the activities excellent (especially the yoga and Zumba classes). I recommend everyone to visit this club med, you will not regret it! Above our expectations. We will come again.

Best customer service ever! Literally the best in my life. My family and I was there for our vacation and we were welcomed with hot towel, drinks and their GM greeted us! Although that's how it should be all most hotels but it's a rare sight. The crew briefed us on their activities venues and about the upcoming parties they have. We were showed to our room where our languages had already been delivered safely. All staff were so friendly and would greet us whenever they see us. The resort is clean and the housekeeping was excellent. My brother had dislocated his knee cap when playing badminton, the nurse and staff came really to help and arranged for an ambulance. The managers have also arranged a staff who we can communicate well with you follow to the hospital to make sure that we are okay. After my brother came back to the resort, we were greeted and reassured by the GM personally that we could rely on their assistance. The energy of the resort is constantly high and there are many activities. The resort is next to the ocean! Free entry. The buffet is international so you won't have to worry there's food you don't eat. The leisure manager would check in with me about my stay and I feedbacked about that air-condition was too cold and he took action immediately and checked in with me after. When depart, the staff would see us off and take group pictures with us. Definitely worth coming back and it's really sad that our stay with club med Phuket has ended.

All inclusive resort, good place for family holiday. Room might be small and old, but, well maintained. I recommend to use the club house for various activities. The resort size is smaller and less restaurants than Club Med Cherating in Malaysia. But, location is better if you like to go outside and enjoy Thai food and massage with reasonable price.
