The place is very well designed with clean and elegant features. Staff is super friendly and kind and our room was clean and lovely.

The room was pretty nice, and the size was decent - not huge, but not tiny either. There was a little table and two chairs in the room, and they give you two good size bottles of filtered water each day which was great. The location is also pretty good.

It wasn't a very lively hostel though, and I don't know that there's really a lounge area, so it was kind of dead. I didn't run in to any other guests while I was there, so if you are looking for a lively hostel, this might not be the spot for you.
There also wasn't any wardrobe in the room, which is something I've experienced in a lot of hostels unfortunately, but I still wish more places would have them as it makes unpacking impossible.

The staff were very friendly though, and the main host was very helpful with guiding me to places I needed to get to during my stay.

All in all I'd say this is a nice hostel, and great if you like a quiet place to stay.

This is a mixed review. The place was basic, but ok for the price. We rented 2 rooms, one for my husband and I and the other for my 2 children. The reason for the low review is that the room my husband and I were in was right next to the boiler. It was so noisy all night I literally didn't sleep a wink. I even tried white noise to drown it out, but it still kept me up. My kids seemed to sleep fine, so I suppose it depends on which room you get.

Amazing hostel. I took the family room on the upper level. Pretty good location within Phuket Town. Good eateries available nearby. The staff were helpful in booking our tour. Bathrooms are spotless and also has blow dryer.

One of the most comfortable hostels I’ve stayed in. You get an actual bed, not a bunk. Big lockers enough to fit those big backpacks. Fast and reliable WiFi. Clean and chic, and RIGHT IN THE HEART OF OLD TOWN and just around the corner from the bus “terminal” to destinations around the island. Would definitely come back again! 5 stars!

We stayed for a night and it was really nice. I liked that the guesthouse provided us with the options for packaged tours to islands like Khai Nai, Phi Phi and Koh Racha. Staff were extremely helpful and allowed me to use the computer to print out tickets. Price is acceptable but no fright and television in room.

Our stay here was fine. It's very clean. Staff weren't overly friendly at first but they warmed up. Area is very touristy, surprisingly pricey. Near the ferry and bus station so that's a plus, but otherwise I'd recommend staying in a different part of the city
