The apartment was clean and very well maintained. It had everything that a Traveller would need. The kitchen is well stocked with all the required utensils, detergent, drinking water, sauces, tea and coffee.
The owner was extremely organised and conveyed to us whatever was needed before we reached the place. Was also helpful and responsive, answering all queries promptly. A bike was also provided free of cost which helped us get around to wherever we needed.
although situated far away from places like Patong, the place is quiet and calm and all lot of restaurants are available in the area. Would definitely recommend the room!

The apartment in this condo is relatively large. Good kitchen area. On the territory there is parking, swimming pool and gym. But a huge minus the number of Russian and from neighboring countries. Noise and arrange riot. Families do not recommend.

One of a security guard is violent and too arrogant. He needed to speak poor English to communicate with me.

He kicked my motorbike. I almost fell over. Finally, he punched my face. The security guard was like a ''military rule'. There's a noisy cleaner too.

However, This is best and beautiful condominium. Excellent location in Phuket. My room is good. It's close to Central Festival Phuket. There is good small gym and swimming pool. Some staff are nice........

Don't book a room after hours - it's a pain to get service. We were there at 9 pm. and apparently that's a problem here. Other than that, the room was really quite good. Oh, it also wasn't any fun to just have 2 waters in the fridge and no restaurant or even refrigerator open where we could grab a beer. Outside the apartment complex are red-light massage and/or karaoke bars.

Just left this condo to move to another place - much better and bigger for less money. First of all I decided to move because of awful stinky smell in bathroom, impossible to remove. It was so intense that every enter to the bathroom was a torture. Second reason - the bed. I’ve never slept on a firmer one. My husband literally couldn’t sleep on it. Next - the staff. Facepalm. Not friendly, not helpful and the only reason they talk to you is that they need your money. Rooms are not equipped with hairdryer, racks and even cups! Really? In condo? They have no iron, even on reception. No bin in toilet... No additional towels for swimming pool which is quite small for 3 blocks. And many many more like this. Nevertheless the territory is nice. Parking is quite busy but in fact you can always find a place. Also I’ve met there funny cat. He was riding on the elevator in the evening ))

This place is strange! It is quite new, with new lifts and so on... but... the bed is really hard, there is nothing in your room... no iron, no fan, no washing machine or dryer rack at the balcony, no trash bin in the toilet, no cups for tea, no knifes... also it has a really bad smell from sewerage in the bathroom!! The pool and the cafe is ok... has only 5 sun-bed for hundreds of rooms) people are Chinese or Russian mostly! The problems we had... we try to fix it... but it doesn’t worked. So we have to move out to a better place for less money) I don’t recommend! Phuket has a lots to choose from...

This condo is in a great location, only 5 - 10 minutes walk from central festival or 2 minutes on a scooter.

The pricing is quite reasonable too, around 1000 THB baht per night. I stayed for 2 x 1 week bookings for this price.

Could probably get this cheaper if you’re staying for a longer period.

They have a great pool, this was getting redecked as I left so it should look even better once completed.

There’s a gym too and a nice cafe with good coffee and decent Thai food, very cheap prices too.
