Great place! The location is a bit far from the beach but you can rent scooters from them for a reasonable price. They keep your passport very safe. The bed is very comfy, the staff is lovely, the shower works well! The security is good too, with the stairs up to the dorms locked. Stayed here two nights and it was great. Bit cramped in the room is the big downside. You put your stuff in the security locker and luckily it fits your backpack. Very happy here and again, the staff is wonderful! So friendly!! And helpful.

This is a fantastic hostel. The location is perfect, in a great area of Old Town. As the dorms are capsule style, you feel like you have your own room. Each bunk had your own shelf, light, mirror, and outlet as well as a curtain at the end of the bed. The bathrooms are clean and never busy. The showers are the best hostel showers I have ever seen. I want to buy the rainfall showerhead for my place at home! The staff are so helpful and nice, and they have a dedicated wifi connection for every floor. There is a free breakfast every morning of 2 pieces of toast, 1 banana, cookies and tea/coffee. The only thing I didn't like is that my blanket was essentially an oversized towel and there are roosters next door that sing every morning at 4:30am.

One of the nicest hostel that I’ve ever stayed at in Thailand! The ladies at the reception itself were also really friendly and very helpful! Place is also very chill as well and you can get drinks at a reasonable price too! Rooms for a night isn’t too expensive as well!

Good budget place, staff was helpful with all our requests, the air con in the room was leaking but they quickly moved us to another room so they can fix it.
The location of the hostel is great as it's close to the old town Phuket, bus station, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. It's definitely a plus to the hostel.

Not giving 5 stars to it is because the room/toilets could be cleaner, during the 3 days we stayed, one of the toilets had been running out of paper for 2 days.

Stayed here for 3 nights, rented a scooter from the reception. Staff are very helpful and full of any information you need to know about phuket and the islands, offering ferry tickets and day tours etc. The box dorms are cool, very private, comfy and clean. Stayed in an A/C dorm which was nice and cool specillay on a night. Free light breakfast was good. Thank you for a pleasant stay ????

We stayed here for the nights, lovely staff, fast laundry service, soft breakfast is good, Wi-Fi works well in the room.
We stayed in the 'super box' it was a nice room the only downside was the wall with the door is pretty much see through? So you feel like people can see through into your room.. although I don't think they can.. little bit strange. Wouldn't put me off staying again though, lovely place with lovely people.

Cute little room. Aircon worked probably. Everything was clean and comfortable. Hot shower and free shampoo and body soap. Breakfast was really nice because you can eat as much as you want (Toast, Butter, Jam, Biscuits, Coffee, Tea). There was a big gap between the door and the wall so you could hear everything what's going on outside. It was pretty loud because the hostel is close to a big road but is in close to everything you can see in Phuket. It is okay for a couple of days!
