Despite the website saying they are open 24/7, CLEARLY this is false! My boyfriend and I made a reservation in advance and told them that we will be arriving by train from Ayyuthalia really late that night or early morning 12-4am. They didn't say anything about that other than our reservation is confirmed. We arrived in Phitsanulok at 1am. Our tuk tuk driver acted like he knew where it turns out he didn't. He called Tossawan Guesthouse a bunch of times for help and they never answered. He asked 7 different Thai people and they gave him thorough directions, now it's 3:30am and still lost, still Tossawan Guesthouse doesn't answer. Learned that have a phone number, address, and picture of the map to get from the railroad station to the guesthouse, and 7 different locals giving directions is NOT enough. Had Tossawan Guesthouse answered their phone, there would have been no hassles. Had Tossawan Guesthouse said hey actually we are open 24/7 as they clearly stated, we would have looked elsewhere and not have wasted so much time for nothing. Do not book here. No one seems to know where this place is.
